This Warranty is issued by Mande Spa USA LLC — not by Elite BioRecovery — and Mande Spa USA LLC is solely responsible for its terms. Where any dealer statement differs from this document, this document controls.

This Mande Spa USA Limited Product Warranty ("Warranty") applies to all Mande Spa USA branded outdoor saunas, hot tubs, and cold plunge tubs (collectively, "Products") sold by Mande Spa USA LLC ("Mande Spa USA"), an Illinois limited liability company with its principal office at 1530 E Dundee Rd, Suite 120, Palatine, IL 60074. This Warranty sets forth the exclusive warranty terms for both residential and commercial customers. Harvia heaters, controls, electrical components, and related accessories are excluded from this Warranty and are covered exclusively by the official Harvia manufacturer warranty provided separately by Mande Spa USA.
Part A — Residential Limited Warranty
This Part A applies to Products purchased for private residential use by an individual consumer ("Residential Customer").
A1. Warranty Period
Mande Spa USA warrants its outdoor saunas, hot tubs, and cold plunge tubs to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of five (5) years from the date of original purchase by the Residential Customer, subject to the terms and conditions of this Warranty.

A3. What Is Covered
This Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship that arise under normal residential use and proper maintenance. If a covered defect occurs during the warranty period, Mande Spa USA will, at its sole discretion, repair the defective component, supply a replacement part, or provide a replacement unit of equal or comparable value.
- Structural defects in the sauna frame or wall panels that affect the integrity of the sauna
- Manufacturing defects in the tempered glass door or window panels
- Defects in bench construction or interior fittings under normal use
- Hardware failures (hinges, latches, fasteners) resulting from manufacturing defects
- LED lighting failures due to manufacturing defects within the first 2 years
- Roof structure defects that result in water ingress under normal weather conditions
- Defects in the hot tub's wood-fired stove, fiberglass interior, or thermowood exterior arising under normal use
- Defects in the cold plunge tub structure, fiberglass insert, or drain valve arising under normal use
A4. What Is Not Covered
The following are explicitly excluded from Warranty coverage. Please read carefully before submitting a warranty claim.
- Normal wear and tear — including natural weathering, fading, or silvering of exterior wood surfaces over time
- Cosmetic changes to Thermowood — natural color changes and darkening of the wood are expected and are not defects
- Improper installation — damage resulting from failure to follow the Mande Spa USA assembly guide
- Improper electrical installation — damage caused by electrical work not performed by a licensed electrician
- Incorrect base or foundation — structural issues resulting from an uneven, inadequate, or unsuitable base
- Water damage from improper drainage — damage caused by standing water or inadequate site drainage
- Misuse or abuse — damage from overloading benches, excessive water use, or use outside intended purpose
- Unauthorized modifications — any alterations to the product structure, electrical system, or components
- Acts of nature — damage from storms, flooding, lightning, hail, fire, or other force majeure events
- Pest or insect damage — including termites, carpenter ants, or similar
- Failure to maintain — damage resulting from neglect of basic care and maintenance guidelines
- Commercial use — Part A of this Warranty applies to residential use only; see Part B for commercial warranty terms
- Sauna stones — consumable items not covered under any warranty
- Harvia heaters, controls, and related accessories — covered solely by the Harvia manufacturer warranty
- Shipping damage not reported within 5 days — transit damage must be documented and reported promptly
- Second-hand or transferred ownership — this Warranty is non-transferable and applies to the original purchaser only
A5. Warranty Conditions
Residential Use Only. This Part A applies exclusively to Products used for private residential purposes. Commercial use, rental, short-term rental (including Airbnb or VRBO), or any revenue-generating use is not covered under Part A. See Part B for commercial warranty terms.
Original Purchaser Only. This Warranty is non-transferable and applies solely to the original end customer who purchased the Product from Mande Spa USA or an authorized dealer. It does not transfer to subsequent owners.
Professional Electrical Installation Required. All electrical connections must be performed by a licensed electrician. Any warranty claim related to electrical components will require proof of licensed electrical installation. Self-wired heaters are not covered.
Proper Assembly Required. The Product must be assembled in accordance with the official Mande Spa USA assembly guide for the specific model. Deviation from assembly instructions may void Warranty coverage.
Adequate Base Required. Saunas must be installed on a level, solid, well-drained base as specified in the site preparation guidelines. Warranty does not cover damage resulting from an inadequate foundation.
Hot Tub and Cold Plunge Site Requirements. Hot tubs and cold plunge tubs must be placed on a level, stable surface with adequate drainage. Improper site conditions that result in structural damage or water ingress are not covered by this Warranty.
Regular Maintenance Required. The customer is responsible for basic maintenance including keeping the interior clean, airing out the sauna after each use, and applying exterior wood treatment as recommended. Neglect of basic care may void the Warranty.
Proof of Purchase Required. All warranty claims must be accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) showing the original purchase date and customer details.
Part B — Commercial Limited Warranty
This Part B applies to Products purchased for commercial use ("Commercial Customer"). Commercial use includes, without limitation: gyms, hotels, resorts, wellness centers, recovery centers, fitness facilities, medical facilities, therapy clinics, rental properties, short-term rental platforms, and any revenue-generating installation.
B1. Warranty Period
Mande Spa USA warrants its outdoor saunas, hot tubs, and cold plunge tubs sold for commercial use to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase by the Commercial Customer, subject to the terms and conditions of this Warranty.

B3. What Is Covered
This Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship that arise under normal commercial use and proper maintenance during the one (1) year warranty period. If a covered defect occurs, Mande Spa USA will, at its sole discretion, repair the defective component, supply a replacement part, or provide a replacement unit of equal or comparable value.
- Structural defects in the sauna frame or wall panels that affect the integrity of the sauna
- Manufacturing defects in the tempered glass door or window panels
- Defects in bench construction or interior fittings under normal commercial use
- Hardware failures (hinges, latches, fasteners) resulting from manufacturing defects
- Roof structure defects that result in water ingress under normal weather conditions
- Defects in the hot tub's wood-fired stove, fiberglass interior, or thermowood exterior arising under normal commercial use
- Defects in the cold plunge tub structure, fiberglass insert, or drain valve arising under normal commercial use
B4. What Is Not Covered
The following are explicitly excluded from commercial Warranty coverage:

- Cosmetic changes to Thermowood — natural color changes and darkening of the wood are expected and are not defects
- Improper installation — damage resulting from failure to follow the Mande Spa USA assembly guide
- Improper electrical installation — damage caused by electrical work not performed by a licensed electrician
- Incorrect base or foundation — structural issues resulting from an uneven, inadequate, or unsuitable base
- Water damage from improper drainage — damage caused by standing water or inadequate site drainage
- Misuse or abuse — damage from overloading benches, excessive water use, or use outside intended purpose
- Unauthorized modifications — any alterations to the product structure, electrical system, or components

B5. Warranty Conditions
Commercial Use Declaration Required. Commercial customers must declare the intended commercial use of the Product at the time of purchase. Mande Spa USA reserves the right to require documentation confirming commercial use. Misrepresentation of intended use may void this Warranty.
Original Purchaser Only. This Warranty is non-transferable and applies solely to the original purchaser. It does not transfer to subsequent owners or operators.
Professional Electrical Installation Required. All electrical connections must be performed by a licensed electrician. Any warranty claim related to electrical components will require proof of licensed electrical installation.
Proper Assembly Required. The Product must be assembled in accordance with the official Mande Spa USA assembly guide for the specific model. Deviation from assembly instructions may void Warranty coverage.

Regular Maintenance Required. The customer is responsible for maintaining the Products in accordance with Mande Spa USA's maintenance guidelines, including more frequent maintenance appropriate for commercial volumes of use. Neglect of required maintenance may void this Warranty.
Proof of Purchase Required. All warranty claims must be accompanied by proof of purchase showing the original purchase date and customer details.
Part C — Harvia Products
Harvia heaters, controls, electrical components, and related accessories are excluded from this Mande Spa USA Limited Product Warranty and are covered exclusively by the official Harvia manufacturer warranty provided separately by Mande Spa USA.
In the event of any conflict between the Mande Spa USA Limited Product Warranty and the Harvia manufacturer warranty, the Harvia manufacturer warranty shall govern with respect to Harvia-manufactured products.
For Harvia warranty claims, contact Mande Spa USA at info@mandespausa.com and we will direct your claim to the appropriate Harvia channel, or submit directly through Harvia's warranty portal at support.harvia.com.

The additional year is not automatic. To qualify for the extended warranty period on a family-use electric heater (two years standard plus one additional year, three years total), the customer must register the product on Harvia's website within thirty (30) days of purchase at harvia.com/en/heater-registration/.

Harvia's warranty periods are subject to Harvia's warranty terms and conditions. The full Harvia limited warranty is published at harvia.com/en/warranty/. For North America the warranting entity is Harvia US Inc., 11261 James St, Holland, MI 49424, USA. Harvia requires that any transport or storage damage be reported to the seller or carrier no later than seven (7) days after delivery.
Part D — How to Make a Warranty Claim
- Contact Mande Spa USA. Email info@mandespausa.com with your name, order number, purchase date, product model, and a description of the issue. Mande Spa USA's address for written warranty correspondence is: 1530 E Dundee Rd, Suite 120, Palatine, IL 60074.
- Provide Photographic Evidence. Attach clear photographs of the defect. Include wide shots showing the full context and close-up shots of the specific issue.
- Provide Proof of Purchase. Include your original order confirmation or receipt showing the purchase date and customer details. Commercial customers must also indicate the commercial use of the Product.
- Await Assessment. Mande Spa USA will review your claim within 5–7 business days and respond with a determination. They may request additional information or photographs if needed.
- Resolution. If the claim is approved, Mande Spa USA will arrange repair, replacement parts, or a replacement unit at their discretion, and will confirm the resolution process and timeline in writing.
Claim Deadline. Warranty claims must be submitted within a reasonable time after discovery of the defect, and in no event later than thirty (30) days after expiration of the applicable warranty period.

Part E — Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MANDE SPA USA'S LIABILITY UNDER THIS WARRANTY IS LIMITED TO REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF THE DEFECTIVE PRODUCT OR COMPONENT, OR, AT MANDE SPA USA'S SOLE DISCRETION, REFUND OF THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE PRICE OF THE DEFECTIVE COMPONENT. MANDE SPA USA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF REVENUE, LOSS OF BUSINESS, OR COST OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO ANY WARRANTY CLAIM OR PRODUCT DEFECT.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you. This Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
This Warranty does not affect any statutory rights the customer may have under applicable federal, state, or local law.
Part F — General Provisions
Governing Law. This Warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Warranty Registration. While not required for coverage, customers are encouraged to register their product by emailing info@mandespausa.com with proof of purchase, product model, and installation date. Registration helps Mande Spa USA process warranty claims more efficiently.
Entire Warranty. This Warranty constitutes the entire warranty given by Mande Spa USA with respect to the Products and supersedes all prior warranty documents for covered Products. To the extent that any dealer or authorized reseller has provided warranty terms that differ from this document, this Mande Spa USA Limited Product Warranty shall control.
Warranty Modifications. Mande Spa USA reserves the right to modify this Warranty at any time. Modifications will apply to Products purchased after the effective date of the modification. Products already purchased will remain subject to the Warranty in effect at the time of purchase.
