The Bestqool Pro300 is a full-body light therapy panel carrying 300 dual-chip LEDs across four wavelengths — 630 nm and 660 nm in the visible red band, 850 nm and 940 nm in the near infrared. It stands 36.4 inches tall and hangs from an over-door hook, an adjustable rope, or the included braided steel cables, so it goes into a room without going into the walls.

Placement and Electrical

Plug-in unit. Connects to a standard 120V household outlet. Freestanding or surface-mounted; not designed for recessed or hard-wired installation. Placement and mounting are completed by the customer. Elite BioRecovery does not perform electrical work or permanent installation of light therapy equipment.

Not specified for installation inside a sauna cabin. Bestqool publishes no maximum operating temperature for this panel, and a traditional sauna runs well above ordinary indoor ambient conditions.

Certification

Bestqool has confirmed in writing that this panel carries component-level UL listings on its internal components and holds no finished-product NRTL listing. Elite BioRecovery sells it as cord-and-plug equipment and does not install it.

Shipping

Ships free to the contiguous 48 states, direct from the manufacturer's US warehouse, typically 3–7 business days. No service to Alaska or Hawaii. Note any shipping damage at delivery.

Warranty — Three Years, Registered For You

Bestqool covers this panel for 2 years from the date it is delivered, and a third year is added when the panel is registered within 14 days of the order date. Elite BioRecovery registers your panel with Bestqool in your name at the time we place your order, so the third year is active without anything for you to do. You are the warranty holder.

Repair is covered for the full period. Bestqool covers shipping on a warranty claim within the first month; after that the owner pays shipping. Coverage runs to the original purchaser and does not transfer if the panel is sold on. Refurbished units sold elsewhere carry 1 year rather than 3.
