• Crate: 79 in L × 45 in W × 45 in H (with skid) · 1,575 lb shipping weight. Requires a minimum 45 in clear path from the curb to the installation site.
• Flat-Pack Ships Ready to Assemble — Doors, benches, and back walls come pre-assembled. Approximately 12 hours for a two-person team. No specialist carpentry required — only the 240V electrical connection needs a licensed electrician.

Warranty

Mande Spa USA Limited Product Warranty. Mande Spa USA LLC (Palatine, Illinois) warrants the sauna structure and frame, ThermoWood® wall panels, roof structure, benches and interior fittings, tempered glass door and windows, and hardware and fasteners against defects in materials and workmanship for 5 years from the date of original purchase for residential use, and 1 year for commercial use. Where fitted, LED lighting and bituminous roof tiles carry 2 years residential / 1 year commercial. Sauna stones are consumable items and are not covered. Commercial use includes gyms, hotels, resorts, wellness and recovery centers, fitness and medical facilities, therapy clinics, rental properties and short-term rental platforms — any revenue-generating installation. The warranty is non-transferable and applies to the original purchaser only, with proof of purchase. All electrical connections must be performed by a licensed electrician, and proof of licensed installation is required for any electrical claim — self-wired heaters are not covered. The sauna must be assembled in accordance with the official Mande Spa USA assembly guide and installed on a level, solid, well-drained base. Shipping damage must be documented and reported within 5 days of delivery. Normal weathering, silvering, and natural ThermoWood® color change are expected characteristics, not defects. Harvia heater and controls. Harvia heaters, controls, electrical components, and related accessories are excluded from the Mande warranty and are covered solely by Harvia's manufacturer warranty — 2 years for family use, plus 1 additional year for electric heaters registered with Harvia within 30 days of purchase (3 years total). The additional year applies to electric heaters only; wood-burning heaters carry the standard 2 years for family use. For commercial use, Harvia covers electric heaters and control units for 2 years, excluding heating elements and parts subject to wear.
